Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
While we hope that you are always satisfied with your Pure Lano purchase, we understand that you may need to return a product.  If for any reason you need to return your product, we'll gladly accept returns or exchanges for any Purelano.com purchases and will issue a full refund upon receiving your items within 30 days of the PURCHASE date. All returns must be pre-approved by customer service.
Please follow the simple instructions below:
    • Place the unused item in its original condition into original shipper packaging.
    • Contact our Returns Department at  

      CustomerService@thelanocompany.com or 1-866-4MY-LANO to obtain your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

    • Please include a note in the box with your name, address, phone number and return merchandise authorization order
If the returned product is received within 30 days, we will credit your account for the price of the returned items. Please allow 2-4 weeks to process the return. We are not responsible for lost shipments. All shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.

Only items purchased on
 www.purelano.com may be accepted for a return.  Items purchased from another retailer cannot be returned or exchanged at retailers that sell any Pure Lano products.

EXCHANGE POLICY
We are happy to exchange any merchandise that is defective, damaged or unused.  If you will need to exchange your product, please review the information below.
 
• We accept exchanges on items purchased on
 www.purelano.com or www.thelanocompany.com only up to 30 days after the original purchase.  
• Please enclose the product you wish to exchange and your receipt.  On the receipt, write instructions on what item(s) to exchange. 
 
• If there is a difference in cost with the exchange, one of our customer service representatives may reach out to you for further information. 
 
• You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS POLICY
If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, you may contact customer service within 30 days for a replacement.  Items will not be replaced after 30 days.  Unfortunately, it is in the nature of our product technology to come across an LED light in the applicator lid that might be burnt out or is not working properly, if you happen to receive one we will replace it,  Please contact customer service with any questions by email at CustomerService@thelanocompany.com
